Dear Flower advisor, I'm very satisfied with the customer service in Indonesia. I ordered blue roses and they called me few days before the delivery date and explained to me that the blue roses will be dyed and it's not original flower. They asked my confirmation if I wanna proceed the order with blue roses or others. With this information, I can decide better in choosing flowers and I finally chose white and pinky roses. The delivery time also very punctual, beyond my expectation. Flower advisor has made my day and made her a quite surprise and on the right time. She feels so happy and surprise because of the flower. Im impressed with the prompt timing and quality of the flowers. This is what customer service should be like, doing their best to cater to personal requests. I know for sure I will be back to purchase more for future events. Price is \"reasonable\" , not cheap not expensive. Well done, dont ever compromise on your quality. Im very happy
