Responsibilities

• Arrange bouquets and table flowers based on customer requests, current trends, and market demand.
• Create fresh, original, and innovative floral designs.
• Ensure flowers and arrangements meet our quality standards and are in the best possible condition.
• Recommend floral designs and arrangements that are suitable for the company’s products and customers.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a flower arranger.
• Artistic, creative, and innovative.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Knowledge of current floral design trends.
• A strong service mindset and excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
