6. Delivery Charges

In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient details, incomplete address information, or the recipient being unavailable at the delivery location, a re-delivery charge may apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.

7. Alcohol Products

By purchasing alcohol-related products from FlowerAdvisor, the sender confirms that the recipient is of legal drinking age in the destination country.

FlowerAdvisor reserves the right to conduct age verification upon delivery. If the recipient is found to be below the legal drinking age, the delivery may be withheld or cancelled according to applicable regulations.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

A 50% cancellation charge will apply for cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date. Non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details will be treated as an order being withheld, and no refund will be issued. However, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option where possible.

Please note that cancellation policies may differ during festive or peak seasons.

9. Substitution Policy

In rare cases where certain flowers, gifts, or packaging materials are unavailable, FlowerAdvisor reserves the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, theme, and quality of the arrangement.

10. Change of Particulars

Any changes to order details, including delivery address, recipient information, card message, contact number, or other delivery-related particulars, must be requested at least 1 day before the scheduled delivery date.

Changes requested on the delivery date may not be guaranteed, especially if the order has already been prepared, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery team.

11. Exchanges and Refunds

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.

For any complaint, customers are required to email a clear photo of the gift within 24 hours from the time it is received. FlowerAdvisor and its management will review each case carefully and reserve the right to determine the final resolution.

12. Essential Information

All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. If the product or service is found to be defective in workmanship or quality, FlowerAdvisor may offer a full replacement or refund of the purchase price, subject to case review and approval.

Complaints submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.
